Double pothole driver's wheel side. Repair is failing.

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14203843.

Both potholes have been previously repaired, but the surface is failing again. They are inline with the driver's wheel on the corner and are difficult to avoid. Worsened since the poor weather, but the surface has been failing since November.
