Gobowen Road pavement - debris making pavement very narrow

Build up of soil, leaves etc alongside hedge - almost 2 feet wide in places, making the pavement on an already busy road very narrow and dangerous. This pavement is regularly used by pedestrians and this stretch of pavement needs to be cleared.
