Series of large potholes in Kennedy Road resulting in a blow out!

I turned into Kennedy Road on Saturday 28th Feb, and hit the potholes resulting in a blow out on The Ford Explorer I was driving. There is damage to the wheel as well as a new £300 255/40/21 tyre that has been replaced.

How do I get compensation for this please?
