Potholes and road surface breaking up all across road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14203533.

This is a section in the bends at the bottom of the hill, spring water comes down the road and has eroded away a lot of the top surface. There are about 6 potholes and the road surface is crumbing between them. I did report this about four weeks ago and got an email this week to say it had been fixed. I can assure you IT HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED and is still as bad
