Water pooling on road when is rains a lot

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14203414.

When it rains the roof drain of The Laurels house empties onto The Laurels drive. The drive is tarmaced so that water from the drive goes onto the road. This water streams down the road, pools further down the road. This is an issue when there is a lot of rain. The problem only occurs when it rains hard and is not a visible problem when there is no downpour.
