Abandoned road work lights

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14203273.

There are a pile of abandoned yellow roadworks lights discovered by me when litter picking this morning. Vi reported this problem a year ago. Apart from the eyesore, in a village that is trying to keep the verges clean, these lights must be worth something to the Council.
