Traffic signal sequencing fault

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14203151.

This fault has been reported in Oct 25 and November 25 but the temporary traffic signals are set up badly. They change without pedestrians being present, change quickly causing extensive tail backs in both directions. The contractor has obviously set the temporary lights to the same sequence as the original faulty lights.
