Dangerous road surface

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14203113.

The road surface is cracking, loose and holed Church street road is WORN OUT and requires resurfacing with immediate effect

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

  • The potholes are circa 25cm deep Vehicles are having to take evasive action and this will cause accidents
