Deep and large pothole which is a danger to cars, highly likely to cause punctures and wheel damage

This pothole has developed over the last few weeks and is now dangerous. It is exacerbated by the water running down the road due to the farmer moleing his fields (installing buried drainage pipes) with the outlet dumping onto the road at the top of the hill. The drain in the bottom is blocked.
