Loose/damaged ironwork cover

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14202876.

There is a loose/damaged drain cover in the road just outside what was the old coach house in cann hall road. Every vehicle that drives towards kidderminster cannot avoid it and the heavy double metal sound it makes echos through the valley. Its been like this for over a month. Its loud I can hear it from my house in Mill street.
