This is an emerging pothole 30mm or so deep, and about 450x200 in size

Pothole c. 450x200 x 30mm deep to edge of road, in an area used as a passing bay, the inspector, claims it is not on the highway, but the deeds clearly show it is not related to the property whose boundary stops at the concrete kerb placed no doubt by council contractors. The area is directly opposite the site of other potholes reported, that have been fixed twice in 2 years and need doing again.
