50mm deep rut and emerging potholes approm 5m long

Long non continuous rut in the road surface, this is a death trap to cyclists on the National Cycle route, it cannot be seen easily when its wet, the length is approximately 5m the width 50-75mm and the depth approximately 50mm. it is lethal for cyclists and a potential home for ice making the surface break up more and in the cold nights a black ice spot.
