Public footpath being dug up by household for drive

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14202609.

The middle house of the 3 that are on the roundabout with London Rd have dug up all pedestrian footpath in front of house to make a driveway No signs no barriers forcing people to cross 3 entrances and exits of the roundabout to get back to original position Very rude and arrogant people Surely this area is for pedestrians only and not a driveway? Behind crash barrier for roundabout
