Pothole

This pothole has supposedly been mended as shown on the reporting map but as the photos show it clearly hasn't. They came 2 weeks ago and as the photos show cut a rectangle out and partially filled . This is now reopening. How can it be cost effective to not complete a job properly requiring it to be rereported and requiring yet another repair . Whoever is responsible for the job is obviously not completing to an adequate standard.
