Road virtually undrivable

This lane was in very poor condition but 20/2 23/2 a business has driven non stop very heavy machinery to a slurry pump as seen in photo. What little tarmac was there is now destroyed due to the constant heavy weight. We are a very wet area so the slurry will float into the river and ditches. Thursday the puddles were clean now the whole area is contaminated. I cannot take my dog out. This requires an urgent visit please We have a 4 x4 and have had to drive at 2 mph navigating holes.
