This shows a worsening of the previously reported problem. Plus Severn Trent have continuing issues in this area as a result of their road repairs (reported and accepted as an urgent issue) but, their problem overflows to your responsibility and recent ice caused my wife, 82 years old, to fall. There are areas along this lane whereby you have no choice but to go into the holes. As stated to you in previous reports Patching is a waste of time and money. The road needs resurfacing.
