Drain blocked and road flooded near callers property

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14202016.

All properties are on septic tanks and she is worried about the implications this will have as already is a bad smell and her outbuilding is flooded and she is worried that emergencies services would not have access if needed

  • Resident has called in regarding this. She is very concerned as there is still flood water on the road due to the drain being blocked. This is making it difficult to get to property. The water is about a foot deep and unable to drain away.
