Main A5 Shrewsbury Bypass covered in litter

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14201978.

The A5 stretch of road through Shropshire is covered in litter, Customer spoke to NH and they advised it Shropshire councils responsibility to clear the litter, Customer would like to know who's responsibility it actually is. Could you let him know either via email or phone call. And can all the litter along the A5 be cleared.
