Potholes and surface issue on pavement

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14201728.

Pavement breaking g up and large holes appearing outside numbers 2 and 3 Collins Close Broseley TF125BT Concerning as two 80 year old women live in these properties and cannot walk on pavement without fear of falling over This was reported last year, nothing has been done about issue!
