Manhole cover loose

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14201689.

There is a lose manhole cover in line with the left wheels of the car that is loose. One day this cover will flip over or break, leaving a hole for a vehicle to hit. Please repair ASAP.
