Huge massive pothole risk to life

This pothole has been here for multiple weeks now even months it’s not acceptable it’s really dangerous people car wheels I’ve been ripped off traffic lights has been put up on a very dangerous bend my relatives have almost been smashed into a speeding cars were unaware of the pot and the traffic lights. I’ve come around the corner as you cannot see the traffic lights until you’ve hit them. please sort this out as I am a new driver and very nervous to pass this area. there has been a loaf of bread in the pothole for at least a week or so I’m not sure if it’s been removed, but I’m sure it’s healthy to feed the ducks stuff up and your family home
