Street light out again

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14201589.

The same street light has gone out once again. 3 years in a row it had stopped working, been fixed and then stopped working again. Every year without fail it stops. Clearly there’s a wiring issue or fault.
