Slippery an uneven road surface with potholes outside a business and inadequate area to the side of the road for cyclists and vehicles to avoid collisions

Uneven tarmac, potholes, massive drop between road and business which would cause damage to car tyres and suspension and in this instance caused me to come off my bike over my handlebars and injuring myself whilst trying to provide enough space for a car to overtake me in a safe manner, slippery road surface possibly due to substances from business use e.g. oil and mud from constant traffic made worse by 60mph speed limit
