Manhole cover is causing horrendous noise

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14201355.

There is a loose manhole cover on the main road outside the old converted Fox House building. Every time a car drives over it, which is every few seconds at busy times it makes the most horrendously loud noise. We can hear it from every room in our house and even from up the road. It keeps us awake at night and is driving us crazy! It’s been like it for weeks now and needs sorting quickly.
