Potholes and surface break up all across road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14201179.

Water seems to be coming from a spring 75 metres up the road, it flow down the one side, past a manhole which must be blocked and then crosses the road before entering the stream, it us at this point the road is breaking up very badly, there are several potholes as well
