Series of potholes, several failed repairs

There is a series of potholes on the Memorial Gardens side of the High Street. These have been repaired twice in recent months. They throw grit and water onto the pavement. They cause traffic to have to drive into the middle of the road to avoid them, making the High Street single lane. These are especially dangerous for cyclists and motorcyclists who may not be able to avoid them, especially when the depth is obscured by rainwater.
