Most of this lane was left in a mess last weds. 11th Feb. by SP energy networks working in fields and coming out on the lane with diggers, heavy plant etc. They have just left it in this mess. Been in contact with them and they have done nothing. This is a dead end lane and all residents have to go through this mess to get in and out. Understand under highways act you could clean and charge them. Our lane has not been cleaned for a very very long time besides but was not in this state.
