Following up on potholes report from December
Reported via desktop in the Road surface issue category anonymously at 14:59, Monday 16 February 2026
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14201070.
Customer following up on report from December - 14190919 - about potholes at the end oh her drive on Long Lane which are very dangerous, they are breaking the road verges up so badly it is impossible to miss them. She said that it is best for the lane to be properly resurfaced to make it safe for drivers, and also for pedestrians walking down the lane. She has seen some contractors filling the pothole, but only using a little bit of tarmac, so it has broken up so quickly after it was done, so it will be best to check the work to see if it has been done to a good standard. what3words: spilled.disco.downfield
