Big potholes - getting bigger all the time

Sent to Shropshire Council 6 minutes later. Council ref: 14201004.

Previously repaired potholes have returned and are getting bigger. It's causing vehicles exiting the roundabout to adjust their road position, which is dangerous to other traffic. Also, they are likely to cause damage to tyres and suspension. They have been here quite a while now and have not been fixed, despite apparently being reported by many road users.
