It floods. The nearby brook overflows and floods under the bridge.also water flowing off the nearby main clun road also flows down to the bridge admittingly heavy rain main issue but does flood under bridge. The drain under bridge is not big enough also there is a holding tank there which often gets full of silt so doesn't flow quickly into the nearby brook further down. I recommend that all the ditch under the bridge ie soil, be removed and tarmac or concrete laid at a slight canver and bigger pipe to be piped directly into the brook. Over the years I try and keep it clear for loc residents some who are elderly. As I'm getting older myself find it harder every time. But don't mind because it's the right thing to do.
