Obstruction on pavement

Over the past 2 months a moped has been parked (virtually continuously) on the pavement causing an obstruction. Under the Highways Act (1980) it is an offence to cause obstruction to pedestrians, prams etc.

    Obstruction, as reported 2 months ago, remains on the public footpath. In addition to being an offence it is within a conservation area. There are several examples every week where those with mobility difficulties or pushchairs etc are forced into the road.
