4 pot holes in space few meters

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14200864.

4 pot holes in very close vicinity. You avoid one and swerve to avoid others. The debris is coming from the road and hitting parked cars from residents in the streets. These have been fixed a week or so again and yet they are now just as bad as before
