Flags are now obscuring the street lighting

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14200827.

The flags have now been put right at the top of the street lighting, this means that when it is windy they obscure the street lighting and leave a flickering lighting effect on the road which is very distracting for drivers going along Telford Way
