Piles and piles of leaf mulch

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14200560.

Waverton Way and Grantly Avenue both have masses of leaf mulch, across road and pavement, which has blocked drains and is a hazard to road and pavement users.

Please send a street cleaning team to address this matter.
