Coucil railings right up to number 26 st Stephen’s place driveway 3 visitors providing care to the resident have damaged their cars by ripping off bumpers to their vehicles. Would it be possible to remove an section or two like the bungalow opposite shown in one of the pictures to prevent for happening again.
