Drain cover is loose and makes horrendous noise

Every time a vehicle goes over the cover it bangs really loudly. And it’s almost every vehicle as it’s hard to miss. It’s waking me up in the night. Also aware it’s only a matter of time until the whole thing becomes unstable and breaks apart. Please come and fix it it’s driving me crazy. It’s been going on for weeks. There are so many residents who are affected by this.
