Blocked drain by Hafod y Coed, Nantmawr

The drain next to Hafod y Coed is still blocked, this is causing a volume of water to run down the road and around the bend, which then freezes in the cold weather. There are 2 drains down the road which resident keep clear but due to the volume of water it continues to run down the road. It freezes at the bottom of our drive, The Manse, which makes pulling out of the drive hazardous. This has been reported several times, and the drain has been cleared but it keeps blocking. As a result, the running water is breaking up the road surface especially when it freezes. The water runs constantly now, even when it is not raining.
