Water running down and is eroding the edge of the road.

Water is running down the lane and gets caught by this hole and diverts it into the ditch. The hole is getting bigger, it could do with being changed to a water grate so it diverts the water into the ditch, prevents vehicles and pedestrians from falling into it and stops properties further down getting flooded driveways and all the rubbish that the water brings down.
