Pothole near Central Tyres

- near central tyres and the entrance to the train station. This fix has seen the council tarmac over the drain. This area was previously flooding so the expected resolution was to clean the drainage out and fix the pothole around the drain cover - however what has been done is an abomination of work - yes removing the pothole but the fix causing zero water drainage.
