Traffic lights stuck on red again

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14199056.

These temporary traffic lights have been here for approx 5 weeks. For no reason. I am having to report the fault every 3 to 4 days. They work fine for a few days and then they get stuck on red in both directions again. As there is no work happening, no workmen are ever there to witness the fault. This is the 4th time I've reported them in the 5 weeks that they've been there. Increasingly frustrating
