Struck by lorry driver November 2025 and reported at the time. Parapet unsafe, towpath fenced off but nothing else done.

'erroneously' logged by council as 'required work completed' which is not the case. This bridge needs urgent repair as it is a vital access route. Wellhouse Lane is semi-derelict as all maintenance has been refused for years, this bridge and bridge 88 provide the only access to some properties as Wellhouse Lane is rapidly becoming impassable.

Log to REMAIN OPEN until parapet repaired, which is urgent,.
