Water flowing off farm land into ditch then flowing down road and flooding our garden

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14198790.

This has been occuring for the last 12 months every time there is heavy rain. We have dug out this ditch ourselves monthly for some years. However today our patio has been flooded and we are now very concerned that next time it will be our house.
