Lack of gulley causes standing water

This was reported 3 years ago and you closed the report stating that the work would be done as part of maintenance schedule. This work has not been done. The road is missing a gulley for approximately200 yards and so although there is a drain the water does not reach it. The water pools on to the road and the pavement this causes pedestrians to step in to the road or to step into the puddle.
