X2 blocked drains

Blocked drains on both sides of neck of Ragleth Road where it joins Clive Avenue due to these being blocked and on a high gradient water is bypassing these going down Clive Avenue causing flooding down Watling Street and Crossways. These two drains and the drain opposite have been blocked since autumn 2024.
