Boundary wall next to verge is becoming unsafe due to trees from verge leaning/growing into it. Wall owner is happy to maintain wall however cant do so unless verge is cleared. Serious concern over stability of wall from branches falling onto it breaking sections off. Assistance required please before someone gets injured

Householder has advised that he is not able to maintain this wall due to the dangerous nature. The foundation has been damaged to this wall so unable to keep it up. It has been damaged over the years by the trees in the verge. It is not a retaining wall, and it is leaning.
