The road surface has caved in and the drain underneath is compromised.

This has been gradually worsening but since the recent persistent rain, the road is collapsing around the drain area and there is now quite a dip in the road, which is close to two other deep potholes I’ve also reported. It looks like like the beginning of a sink hole.
