Customer wanted to provide the following information-
I am not reopening any issues with Welsh Water , Steve Wilson Managing Director for waste water service have closed my case and stated they will not look at it again. I am only past emails because these were already sent to Ofwat, CCW, and Helen Morgan MP, and were also given to Welsh Water during the site meeting on 19 December 2025. This is information the authorities already have. I believe someone in the process is preventing this matter from being resolved, and I want the Council to be aware of the wider situation. The road drain outside my property floods, and the Welsh Water manhole is only around 20–30 feet away. I am experiencing water entering my cellar, and I am trying to understand whether the highway flooding may be contributing to this. I am not asking the Council to deal with the sewer issue. I simply want you to have the full context so that the flooding and pothole reports can be properly assessed.
