Huge deep potholes all within 150 yards

This road surface is impassable if the cars have low profile tyres , because there are so many potholes very near to each other they are impossible to avoid, getting worse by the day due to the lane being used by large lorries and tractors. I am concerned that it will be impossible to get to my house in the very near future as the whole Road surface is disintegrating.
