Road surface deteriorating fast

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14197531.

This has been an issue for several months that has gradually escalated to the state it is in now. The road surface has several few potholes, that I and other drivers have hit, as it’s simply unavoidable. This is needs to be fixed urgently.
