Road condition whole way across road, several potholes, puddles disguising dangerous holes

Coming down road towards Golf club, noticed hole on side of road (coming from water from fields, so slowed down as nothing coming went over slightly into middle, went through what thought was puddle - VERY LARGE BANG and realised had burst 2 tyres. £190 bill for Kingswinford tyres to come out. Absolutely awful road condition whole width of road, and not passible without going through potholes. If going any faster or at night, there is going to be a serious accident

    Just wonderjng if any update on my case , as when went past yesterdsy its all been resurfaced , so clearly there was an urgent need but at my expense .Tbanks
